Examples of criteria are:

•Internship Domain: This is the nature of the internship in a functional area, e.g. Information Technology, Manufacturing, Health care, Finance, Retail, Accounting, Legal, Construction, etc.

•Internship Title

•Intern level of knowledge (soft and hard skill level)

•Level of experience

•Geographical location

•Salary

•Paid or Unpaid Internship

•Educational background of intern

•Internship preference (provided by the intern)

•Personal interests of Intern (provided by intern)

•Personal Interest Importance (provided by employer)
